Onion Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 fryer chicken, quartered or 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • thyme to taste
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with thyme and soup mix.
  2. Pour the French dressing over chicken to coat and cover with foil.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  4. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer or until brown.
