Onion Fried Rice

Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Drain on paper towel and crumble, leaving bacon grease in pan. Saute onion in grease over medium heat until tender. Add eggs. Scramble until done.
- Add rice, bacon, water chestnuts, mushrooms and chopped meat.
- Sprinkle in soy sauce to taste and stir over low heat until thoroughly mixed and warm.
