- Thinly slice ahi and lay on a platter.
- Cover with plastic wrap and pound thin with a wooden meat hammer.
- Remove plastic wrap.

- Chill until ready to serve.
- Mix olive oil and seasoned vinegar in a small covered jar.
- Shake well.
