Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle roast liberally with seasoned salt on both sides. Rub pepper over roast and place in roasting pan.
  2. Pour 1 cup of the water in pan and cook for 2 1/2 hours at 325°.
  3. Add the vegetables around the roast and cook for 1 hour more.
  4. Remove roast to serving platter.
