Instructions
- Sprinkle roast liberally with seasoned salt on both sides. Rub pepper over roast and place in roasting pan.
- Pour 1 cup of the water in pan and cook for 2 1/2 hours at 325°.
- Add the vegetables around the roast and cook for 1 hour more.
- Remove roast to serving platter.
