Open Face Calzones

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
- Slice bread in half lengthwise.
- Mix ricotta, parmesan, and garlic powder. Spread mixture on bread, top with salt, pepper and mozzarella. Place halves on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into pieces.
