Open-Faced Chopped Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1 c. chopped cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. stuffed olives

Instructions

  1. Saute green pepper and onion together, then mix together with other ingredients.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon mixture on half of a bun and toast at 350° until cheese melts.
  3. Mixture will keep in refrigerator indefinitely.
