Orange Beef Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 4 oz. Italian low-fat salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. water
  • dash of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place a 2 pound flank steak into mix and refrigerate overnight or longer.
  3. Grill steak.
  4. Heat up mixture that's left and pour over sliced steak.
  5. Also great with noodles.
