Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, diced and drained
  • 2 small packages orange jello or 1 large package

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the orange jello over the cottage cheese.
  2. Fold the jello into the cottage cheese gently.
  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple and diced mandarin oranges; mix well.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth and evenly combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
