Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) package orange Jell-O
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange rind

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese with sugar until light and smooth.
  2. Gradually blend in evaporated milk.
  3. Dissolve orange Jell-O in hot water and cool slightly.
  4. Gradually add the milk mixture to the Jell-O, stirring well.
  5. Stir in grated orange rind and orange juice.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold.
  7. Chill until firm.
