- Add butter. Cool and beat to a pudding consistency.
- Shape the yeast roll dough in a 9 1/2 to 11-inch pan.
- Spread half of the cream mixture on the shaped dough.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Let the dough rise.
- Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture on the warm kuchen.
