Ingredients

  • 1 recipe yeast roll dough
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook 1 cup sugar, whipping cream, and brown sugar very slowly in a heavy aluminum pan for about 1/2 hour.
  2. Add butter. Cool and beat to a pudding consistency.
  3. Shape the yeast roll dough in a 9 1/2 to 11-inch pan.
  4. Spread half of the cream mixture on the shaped dough.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Let the dough rise.
  7. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
  8. Spread the remaining cream mixture on the warm kuchen.
