- Place fish in a single layer on a greased unheated rack of a broiler pan.
- Brush fish with half of the margarine.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Broil fish 4-inches from heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning fish once and brushing with remaining margarine.
