Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Rub the boneless pork loin with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the pork on a rack, approximately 30 minutes per pound.
  4. Remove from oven 30 minutes before the pork is fully cooked and punch holes in the meat.
  5. Pour the orange glaze over the loin and return to the oven for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve with the remaining glaze.
