Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. granulated gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. ice water
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the gelatin with cold water and let it stand until softened.
  2. Add boiling water to the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and ice water.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
