Orange Maple Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Simmer, stirring until well blended, about 5 minutes.
  2. Brush glaze on pork or poultry during last 5-10 minutes of grilling.
  3. Leftover glaze can be stored in the refrigerator.
