Ingredients

  • orange zest
  • sour cream
  • baking potatoes
  • onion
  • orange juice
  • butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and saute onions.
  2. Cook peeled potatoes until tender; mash and add sour cream and orange juice using mixer.
  3. Stir in onions and salt.
  4. Garnish with orange zest.
