Orange-Pineapple Pecan Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. grated coconut
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • grated rind of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil.
  2. Beat until smooth.
  3. Add ingredients.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool and frost.
