- Mix 2 cups of White Lily flour and 1/2 cup of sugar.

- Let the mixture boil for a few minutes, then add 3/4 cup of butter and stir until melted and combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Stack biscuit rounds with orange sections in between and over the top.
- Serve the assembled shortcake at room temperature with sweetened cream.
