Ingredients

  • 3 large navel oranges
  • 8 oz loose tea
  • 1 (3-inch) piece stick cinnamon
  • 2 tsp whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges, avoiding the white pith, and cut into thin strips.
  2. Spread the orange peel strips on a cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 10 minutes.
  4. Allow the orange peels to cool.
  5. Toss the cooled orange peels with the loose tea, cinnamon stick, and whole cloves.
  6. Cover and store for one week before using.
