Oreo Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp. melted butter
  • crushed peppermint candy

Instructions

  1. Line muffin tin with baking cups.
  2. Twist Oreo cookies apart, place frosting side up in cup.
  3. Crush unfrosted side and save. Mix next 4 ingredients and fill cups.
  4. Sprinkle unfrosted pieces over filling.
  5. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
  6. Melt next 2 ingredients and drizzle over tops (pour into baggie and snip a corner off).
  7. Sprinkle peppermint candy over drizzled chocolate. Refrigerate.
