Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can drained bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onions in oil.
  2. Add everything but water and cornstarch.
  3. Simmer about 10 minutes.
  4. Thicken with blend of water and cornstarch.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns.
