Instructions
- Beat eggs, cream and seasonings until thoroughly mixed.
- Heat butter in skillet.
- Pour in eggs and cook quickly, lifting edge of omelet so uncooked egg can drain under cooked portion.
- When egg is almost done, add rice and roll omelet.
