Ingredients

  • beef stew meat
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 7 carrots, sliced
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 3 c. potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Bake in small covered roaster at 250° or in crock-pot at medium for 5 or 6 hours.
  2. Very good.
