Ingredients

  • 2 c. biscuit baking mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet in a 400°F oven.
  2. Mix together biscuit baking mix and cream-style corn.
  3. Pat out the mixture onto waxed paper dusted with baking mix to about 1/2-inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into squares about 2 inches wide.
  5. Dip both sides of each square into the melted margarine.
  6. Place the coated squares into the baking pan with the melted margarine.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
