- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cooked apples, salt, cinnamon, and sugar together.
- Roll biscuits very thin.
- Place about 1 1/2 tablespoons of apple mixture on half of each biscuit.
- Fold over the biscuit and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- Pour cooking oil into a sheet cake pan.
- Place 5 pies in the pan at a time.
- Bake for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned.
