Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 bunch broccoli flowerets (with stems)
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt.
  2. Dip broccoli flowerets into the sour cream mixture, then roll in crushed cornflakes to coat.
  3. Place the coated broccoli on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  5. Serve warm.
