Oven - "Fried" Haddock Fillets

Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 dash paprika (to garnish)
  • 2 -4 lemon wedges (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 525 degrees. Cut filets into serving size pieces. Mix bread crumbs with cheese. Dip filets in milk first, then in breadcrumb mixture. Arrange in greased baking dish and pour melted butter over fish. Bake on top shelf 12 - 15 minutes. Garnish with paprika and lemon wedges and serve.
