Instructions
- Heat milk and cream to scalding.
- Just before serving, melt butter in saucepan.
- Add oysters with liquid.
- Cook gently, just until oyster edges curl.
- Add to scalded milk and cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately with oyster crackers.
