Ingredients

  • 1 medium chicken (2 lb.)
  • 2 pt. curd or yogurt
  • 6 green chillies
  • 3 cardamoms
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped coriander
  • salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Joint the chicken.
  2. Chop the ginger and 2 green chillies fine. Slit remaining chillies and fry in melted butter with cardamoms, ginger and garlic.
  3. Add chicken pieces and fry until evenly browned.
