Paige'S Pretzels
Homemade soft pretzels with a golden crust and chewy interior, topped with coarse salt. Perfect for kids' baking projects or casual gatherings.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in 1 1/2 cups warm water.
- Add 4 cups flour, lite salt, and sugar. Mix well.
- On a lightly floured surface, knead the mixture well with your hands.
- Roll pieces of dough into desired shapes.
- Place the shaped dough on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, beat Egg Beater.
- Brush the tops of the dough with the beaten Egg Beater.
- Sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake the pretzels at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
