Ingredients

  • 3 green onions, chopped fine
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 24 toast rounds

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped green onions, grated Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on the toast rounds in an 8 1/4-inch shallow baking dish.
  3. Microwave on medium for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until bubbly.
  4. Turn the baking dish once during cooking to ensure even heating.
  5. Repeat with remaining toast rounds if necessary.
  6. Serve hot.
