Ingredients

  • 1 crusty French bread loaf
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup finely minced parsley
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Split the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the minced garlic, stirring well.
  4. Stir in the minced parsley, salt, and freshly ground pepper, then remove from the heat.
  5. Spread and brush one half of the bread with the butter mixture.
  6. Place the other half of the bread on top, sandwich fashion.
  7. Wrap the bread in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until piping hot.
