Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken breast, boiled
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 2 oz. jar chopped pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder

Instructions

  1. Shred chicken and mix with other ingredients.
  2. Chill.
  3. Serve with jumbo corn chips.
