Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. jello (any flavor)
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 large cans (48 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle ReaLemon

Instructions

  1. Mix the jello in 9 cups of boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Mix 4 cups of sugar in 5 cups of boiling water until dissolved.
  3. Combine the jello mixture with the sugar mixture.
  4. Add the two large cans of pineapple juice and the ReaLemon to the mixture.
  5. Freeze the mixture until solid.
  6. When ready to serve, mash the frozen mixture with a potato masher and add the desired amount of 7-Up or ginger ale.
