Ingredients

  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix together Bisquick, egg, milk, sugar, margarine and corn. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole.
  2. Top with chilies and cheese.
  3. Pour remaining batter over top.
  4. Bake 35 minutes at 400°.
  5. Great with chili or fried catfish.
