Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut into pieces
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • shortening or oil

Instructions

  1. Mix egg and milk together.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then shake chicken in a paper bag containing flour, salt, paprika and pepper, until evenly coated.
  3. Spread on rack to dry coating.
