Ingredients

  • 2 cups Biscuit Mix
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Stir biscuit mix and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Mix egg and water in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the egg and water mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just barely moistened; batter will be lumpy.
  4. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter onto a hot griddle or fry pan.
  5. Cook until the top is bubbly and edges begin to dry, then turn and brown the other side.
