Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 2 lb. Velveeta
  • 15 1/2 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Instructions

  1. Melt the American cheese and Velveeta together in a saucepan.
  2. Add the can of tomatoes, chopped jalapeno, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, and Accent to the melted cheeses.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Pour the cooled mixture into a blender and add water.
  5. Blend until smooth and lump-free.
