- Thaw the frozen white bread dough at room temperature for several hours.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a cylinder about 2 inches in diameter.
- Combine the fine bread crumbs and salt in a shallow dish.
- Roll the dough in the crumb mixture until coated.
- Cut the dough into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- Lay the cut side up on a greased cookie sheet.
- Cover with a dishcloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
