Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • grated rind of 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Mix together like making pie crust the butter, powdered sugar and flour.
  2. Press mixture lightly into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake in 350° oven 12 to 15 minutes.
