Paprika Lover'S Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, divided ⓘ
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (more or less, depending on how dry your egg yolks are) ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning (or your favorite seasoned salt) ⓘ
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon capers ⓘ
Instructions
- Carefull cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove egg yolks, place in a small bowl and set aside.
- Place egg whites on a serving plate and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Set aside.
- Mash yolks well.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
- Blend well.
- Stir in bacon and capers.
- Spoon mixture into egg whites.
- Sprinkle with remaining paprika.
