Ingredients
Instructions
- Combine 1/4 cup cheese with potato flakes.
- Beat eggs with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Dip steak in egg mixture, then into potato flakes.
- Brown in oil.
- Place in baking dish.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
- Continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes.
