Instructions
- Heat apple juice to boiling.
- Combine with gelatin in a 1 1/2-quart bowl and stir to dissolve gelatin.
- Blend in ice cream. Fold in 1 1/2 cups applesauce.
- Chill until mixture is thickened. Spoon into bowl and garnish with remaining applesauce.
- Makes 8 servings.
