Ingredients

  • 1 c. apple juice
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavor gelatin
  • 1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
  • 2 c. canned applesauce

Instructions

  1. Heat apple juice to boiling.
  2. Combine with gelatin in a 1 1/2-quart bowl and stir to dissolve gelatin.
  3. Blend in ice cream. Fold in 1 1/2 cups applesauce.
  4. Chill until mixture is thickened. Spoon into bowl and garnish with remaining applesauce.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
