Ingredients

  • 7 oz Gouda cheese
  • 4 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Grey Poupon mustard

Instructions

  1. Remove the red wax from the Gouda cheese.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press the seams together to form a solid sheet.
  3. Coat the Gouda cheese ball with Grey Poupon mustard.
  4. Wrap the dough around the prepared cheese, sealing the seams.
  5. Place the wrapped cheese seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with a cheese knife and crackers.
