Party Tuna Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 inches water can, 6.5 oz tuna, drained
  • 1 cream cheese pkt, 8 oz, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients.
  3. Add tuna and beat unitl well blended.
  4. Pack into 4 cup mold or small bowl; chill thoroughly.
  5. To serve, unmold onto a plate, garnish with parsley and/or olives and serve with crackers.
