Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb pasta, ziti is great, or spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 table spoon fresh parsley
  • 1 small can of chopped black olives
  • parmesian cheese to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. heat 1/2 cup olive oil
  2. add garlic and parsley once oil is hot
  3. add black olives
  4. let simmer in oil
  5. boil pasta, aldente or soft your choice
  6. add 1/2 cup water to oil mixture and let simmer until pasta is ready
  7. add oil mixture to pasta
  8. add cheese, salt and pepper to taste!
  9. enjoy...
