A vibrant pasta salad combining tender noodles, fresh vegetables, and flavorful Italian dressing, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal or a refreshing side dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 8 oz. spinach noodles
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 Bermuda onion
  • 1 pkg. Italian Good Seasons dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles and spinach noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Add a little of the Italian dressing to the cooked noodles and toss to coat.
  3. Combine chopped tomatoes, green pepper, and Bermuda onion with the noodles.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Just before serving, toss the salad with the remaining Italian dressing.
