A quick and elegant pastry puff filled with Brie cheese and topped with fruity jelly, perfect for appetizers or light snacks with a delightful sweet and savory combo.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pepperidge Farm pastry sheets
  • 1/4 Brie cheese
  • 14 oz. jar your favorite jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to pastry sheet package instructions.
  2. Lay out the two Pepperidge Farm pastry sheets on a clean surface.
  3. Place small slices of Brie cheese evenly over one pastry sheet.
  4. Spread your favorite jelly over the Brie cheese.
  5. Cover with the second pastry sheet and press edges to seal, or cut into individual squares and fold over.
  6. Cut into desired portions and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes, or according to pastry package instructions.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
