- Lay out the two Pepperidge Farm pastry sheets on a clean surface.
- Place small slices of Brie cheese evenly over one pastry sheet.

- Cover with the second pastry sheet and press edges to seal, or cut into individual squares and fold over.
- Cut into desired portions and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
