Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Crack 2 or 3 eggs and mix them well.
  2. Add milk to the eggs and stir.
  3. Add flour and mix until smooth.
  4. Add about 1/2 cup of sugar and mix thoroughly.
  5. Deep fry the mixture at 250°F until golden brown.
  6. Ensure oil is 1 to 2 inches high in the pan.
  7. Use a toothpick to poke in the center of the cookie to check if done; cooking time may vary.
