Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb chopped meat
  • 1 onion
  • 6 medium mashed potatoes
  • 1 can creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped meat and diced onion in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Boil and mash the potatoes, adding milk, butter, and seasoning as desired.
  3. Layer the drained meat mixture at the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Top the meat with creamed corn.
  5. Spread the mashed potatoes over the corn and season to taste.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
