Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • water

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes, onions, corn, and butter into a medium stewing pot filled halfway with water.
  2. Cook on medium heat for approximately 60 minutes.
  3. Stir every 15 minutes and add water if needed to avoid scorching.
  4. When potatoes are soft to the touch, add milk and cook on low for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Dish into bowls.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
